This photo was taken last holidays on La Serena,
in a travel with the Tuna Universitaria of the University of Chile, It was a
special day for me because that day I received my Tuna’s suit. The picture was
taken by a person who was passing around the plaza. In the photo we appear
before the ”pasacalles”.
It was a sunny day and we share with tunas from
Colombia, Mexico and Chile. We were the first group in the pasacalles so we
were the front line. I was a little nervous about it but when I saw the good
reception of people I felt better. We started with classic repertoire of tuna
but we finished with Cumbia. It was weird but fun and people like it.
I like it picture because it was the last time without
my suit of Tuna so I have a special feeling with it. From here I feel more part
of the tuna and it is a point important in my life.
